Board Games
We have a large collection of board games at Leckhampton. Often people play spontaneously after dinner or have games and a drink at the bar. There is also a Leckhampton board games society group on Facebook.
Anyone can submit a request for board games to be bought, via the community grants. (For more information on community grants, see the treasurer page).
Camp beds
Ever wondered where your guests will sleep? Get a camp bed in your room, for up to three consecutive nights. They can be booked via Aldona. We advise you to book at least one day in advance. E-mail Aldona Maliszewska at am999@corpus.cam.ac.uk.
Veg Patch
Tools for the veg patch are to be found both in the shed, near the laundry room, and by the veg patch itself (for weather resistant items). Most of the work and fun from the veg patch happens in the warmer months. More information regarding this will appear on the facebook group and in emails as it warms up. As the veg patch is a community space, if you’re involved in planting and tending, you will share in the harvest.
Graduate Parlour
The Graduate Parlour is a room set within College main site, exclusively for MCR use. This could be a quiet working space or social meeting environment in the evenings. The room can also be used for storing your gown after formals. The Graduate Parlour can be found in the West corner of the pidge room.
Laundry Room
The laundry room can be found North of Leckhampton House. A change machine is also located inside, along with irons and ironing boards. Barton Road and Selwyn Gardens have their own laundry arrangements.
